Dr. Dalynes is thrilled to serve the Charlotte community as a Doctor at Outbound Chiropractic! She is from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She has a Master’s Degree in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA. Before becoming a chiropractor, she used to be a teacher for children with behavioral disorders for 9 years. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband, Dr. Connor, and kids, Liam, Noah and Mila, as much as they can, as well as hike, go to the beach, and any activity that involves the outdoors.

She became so passionate about this amazing profession 10 years ago when she could barely walk due to excruciating low back pain. Dr. Dalynes was diagnosed with a herniated disc and after seeing a host of medical doctors for her pain and taking lots of medications that were ineffective, she decided to try a more natural solution, so Dr. Dalynes went to a chiropractor. After the first adjustment she felt so much better and was able to finally walk. She felt like she had her life back. After this, she decided to become a chiropractor herself so she can spread the word about how the natural approach of chiropractic can be the answer to so many of people’s problems.
Dr. Dalynes, a Certified Webster Technique chiropractor who has a passion for helping pregnant mothers-to-be, has always had a love for helping kids and therefore is working towards her certification in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). With the growing number of behavioral disorders in children being diagnosed today, she has seen how heavily these kids are medicated and knows how much chiropractic can help them by improving their nervous system. Receiving chiropractic adjustments from birth leads to healthy kids becoming healthy adults. She is so excited to help as many families as she can get out of their current state of pain and sickness and reach optimal health through chiropractic care! She can’t wait to see you in their office!
